Yes. Realtors® can request cancellation of their HomeXa subscription at any time. However, after the free trial period ends, subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If cancellation is requested mid-month, access to the platform will continue until the end of that billing period, and no partial refunds or prorated returns will apply.

HomeXa may offer a free trial period so Realtors® can explore the platform before subscribing. Once a paid subscription begins, payments are generally non-refundable for the active billing cycle. Users who cancel their membership mid-cycle will continue to have access to HomeXa features until the end of their paid period.

No. HomeXa does not store users' Instagram, Facebook, or social media login credentials. All social media integrations and authentications are handled securely through the official Meta®, Instagram®, and Facebook® authorization systems directly on their platforms.

Some advanced HomeXa features require access to real estate data provided through TRREB®. To activate these features after the trial period, Realtors® may be required to complete applicable VOW (Virtual Office Website) and IDX/data license agreements directly through the official TRREB website. This is required because HomeXa operates as a registered third-party technology provider connected to TRREB data services.

Without completing the required TRREB® agreements, certain MLS® data-related features within HomeXa may remain limited or unavailable. However, users can still access many other platform features such as CRM tools, automation, social media content, websites, and marketing tools depending on their subscription plan.
